APARTAMENT LA XAMOCA
Paniceres is a peaceful hamlet only ten minutes drive from Pola de Laviana and 15 from the Redes Natural Park. “Les Cases D’arriba” is close to Peña Mayor with excellent and easy walking. It allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the beautiful views of Peña Mayor and the surrounded hills covered by green meadows and woods.
These appartments were built on very old barns (XVIII C) and some of their stone walls were restored. Each apparment gets the name of a mountain belonging to Laviana : XAMOCA, PEÑA MAYOR, PEÑA MEA. All of them offer wonderful views on Peña Mea and the valley.
The appartment XAMOCA: is on the ground floor, next to the receptio, and can accomodate up to four people. We have named it XAMOCA because this mountain is the lowest of the three choosen (1288 m). Its hillsides are covered by green meadows and luxuriant forests.
XAMOCA: one bedroom with bed 1’35, one bathroom (hair-drier), a fully-equiped kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, dish-washer, oven microwave, mixer, coffee-pt, toaster, iron, and a lounge with TV, DVD, a sofa-be (two people), and a fire extinguisher.
